For healthy adults who tolerate caffeine, 3 to 4 SOUR ENERGY™ Pouches spread throughout the day would provide approximately 300 to 400 mg of caffeine when using our 100 mg formula.

The FDA cites 400 mg of caffeine per day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most healthy adults. However, that amount is not appropriate for everyone.

We recommend starting with one pouch to assess your caffeine tolerance, spacing out use, and counting caffeine from all other sources, including coffee, energy drinks, and pre-workout supplements.

Do not exceed 4 pouches containing 100 mg caffeine each in a 24-hour period, and use fewer if you consume other caffeine.
