Our online store is operated by SOUR Energy LLC and may use third-party ecommerce, payment, fulfillment, analytics, marketing, and technology providers, including Shopify, to provide portions of the shopping experience.

Your purchase of SOUR ENERGY™ products is from SOUR Energy LLC unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the website, store, product offering, promotion, or service at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

SOUR ENERGY™ products containing caffeine are intended for adults age 18 and older.

By purchasing caffeine-containing SOUR ENERGY™ products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient information, warnings, directions, and other product information before use.

Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those sensitive to caffeine. Use responsibly.

You should consider your total daily caffeine intake from all sources when using caffeine-containing products.

Do not use any product in a manner inconsistent with its packaging, labeling, directions, or warnings.

• promotional codes have no cash value;

• promotions may exclude subscriptions, bundles, gift cards, or certain products;
• promotional offers may be modified or ended at any time; and
• abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of promotions may result in cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct promotional errors.

8. Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered through recurring subscription plans.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the frequency and price disclosed when you subscribe.

Subscription pricing, frequency, minimum commitments, discounts, and other applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.

You may manage, modify, skip, or cancel an eligible subscription using the customer-account or subscription-management tools provided, subject to the terms presented when the subscription is created.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the next order is processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Processed subscription orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment according to the applicable subscription system.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be processed and fulfilled through third-party fulfillment and shipping providers.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Our current policy includes a 30-Day SOUR Satisfaction Guarantee for qualifying purchases made directly through getsourenergy.com.

Eligibility requirements, return-shipping responsibilities, damaged or incorrect orders, opened products, subscription orders, and refund procedures are described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before sending a return.

Do not send returns to our corporate or business address unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team.

11. Preorders and Reservations

From time to time, we may offer reservations, deposits, or preorders for products that are not immediately available.

Any estimated shipping window, deposit terms, payment timing, cancellation rights, and refund terms applicable to a preorder or reservation will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

If there is a material delay affecting a preorder, we will provide information and options as required by applicable law.
